TERMS OF SERVICE
By using melevateyoga.com and participating in our classes, you agree to the following terms:
- Memberships & Cancellations
- Subscription: Monthly memberships ($60) and Annual memberships ($600) grant access to all live Zoom classes and the on-demand library.
- Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your Member Portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided.
- Drop-ins: Single class passes ($20) are non-refundable and must be used for the specific session booked.
- Health & Safety Liability Waiver (Crucial)
Yoga involves physical movement and exertion. By participating in any “MELEVATE YOGA” class (Live or On-Demand), you acknowledge and agree to the following:- I am physically fit to participate in yoga and have consulted a physician if necessary.
- I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating.
- I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Melanie Galioto or MELEVATE YOGA for injury or damages.
- Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including video recordings, logos, and class sequences, is the property of mElevate Yoga. You may not record, download (unless permitted), or redistribute our content without express written consent. - Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful community. We reserve the right to terminate access for any student who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior during live Zoom sessions.
