A student of the Third Series under her teachers Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldmann, her teaching is built on a foundation of rigorous study and profound personal transformation.

Ashtanga Yoga

Rooted in a sacred lineage, Ashtanga links breath to movement through a set, progressive sequence — a moving meditation that builds heat, strength, and a clear, steady mind. Practice it guided, or Mysore-style at your own pace.

Yin Yoga

Yin is the practice of stillness. Holding gentle floor poses for several long minutes, it works into the deep connective tissues and joints — room to slow down, let the nervous system settle, and release what you've been holding.
